Dr. Schere's clinical services and specializations include:

• Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), a specialized parenting intervention designed for families with young children (2-7 years) to reduce problematic child behaviors and parent stress 
• Motivational Interviewing (MI),  a client-centered, goal directed approach designed to explore and resolve ambivalent feelings and elicit desired behavioral changes
• Individual, Couples, and Family therapy
• Family consultation and mediation

Clinical Consulting Services:

Dr. Schere provides clinical consultation services to mental health agencies and residential treatment facilities.  Services offered include:
